We tried The Iscreamist yesterday. The place is located at Magiting Street cor Maginhawa St. Teachers Village, East Diliman QC. We tried Toasted Marshmallow ice cream and of course their unique best seller, their S'mores with liquid nitrogen. From what I remember, liquid nitrogen is a form of chemical that is at a very low temperature, in contrast to atmospheric nitrogen which is in gas form. With that said, once you dip any food in liquid nitrogen, it reacts with it and becomes super cold and crunchy! But wait there's more! The coolest and most bad ass part is that it releases smoke because it evaporates very fast. So the moment I ate the S'mores dipped in liquid nitrogen, smoke came out not only from my mouth but also from my nostrils.
Here's my GIF while I was trying the "coolness of liquid nitrogen". Mehehe

After trying the Iscreamist, we wanted to try something else so we went to Forte Coffee House. It's a coffee house along Maginhawa Street and walking distance from Iscreamist. We had Pistachio Stardust Cake and Potato Wedges. The place was a perfect place to chill with friends or even long hours of review. After staying for a couple minutes there and just being anti social enjoying their wifi, we went to Moonleaf then finally went home by 10 pm. Saturday well spent with A & O, my bundle of joys. :">
