Another bucketlist fulfilled! Last October 31, 2012, some of my father's batchmates came over our house for lunch. Mom and I prepared the food and I was thinking, "what would be my recipe to impress them?". So I searched the internet on how to make crepes. Crepes are my favorite! Yes, yes. Whenever I post something about food, I always say it's my favorite. You know what? Real talk! I'm a BIG FOODIE. I eat a lot. I wanna taste any food in the world, be it exotic, peculiar, expensive, or cheap. I'm a sucker for food! Who doesn't want to eat good food, right?
So here, my homemade crepes!

Making the crepe's batter is easy. You just need a cup of flour, a cup of milk, one egg, pinch of salt, and 2 tablespoon of butter. To know more about how to make crepes, visit Gourmet Food HERE.

Basically, you just mix them all together.

Unlike pancake's batter, your crepe's batter should be watery and runny. It will look like this.

I set aside the batter for 30 minutes.

I used a non-stick pan, poured the batter and swirled it to coat the pan. Loosened the sides of the crepe, flipped it over then removed it from the pan when it was cooked.

Ready for filling the crepe!

Kiwi

Spread the cream cheese on my first crepe. YUM

Spread the Nutella on my second crepe. H.E.A.V.E.N.

Topped the filling with fruits then viola!
